What shampoo and conditioner brands do you DISLIKE and why?

I hate Herbal Essence, I think their hair products doesn't work well at all, even though they smell great. My hair always felt very dry after using their products.





I also don't like Suave hair products.

same here, I remember I wanted to use it, because britney spears used it..lol, it was horrible and dried out my hair completely. I don't like thermasilk, it doesn't work and neither does aussie, it leaves my hair greasy. I use Dove, ever since it came out, I've finally had great hair days.What shampoo and conditioner brands do you DISLIKE and why?

i don't like Tea Tree from Master Cuts because it stinks and it doesn't treat my hair like it says on the bottle. I never used Suave.
Anything cheap.
Aussie 3 minute miracle makes my skin break out on my back. I do not like v05 products. There is a really expensive one called ojoin or something. I got a sample and it was horrible smelling.
I used to like Salon Selectives before they changed it.





I dye my hair and Selectives gave it a nice shine and kept it from my ends splitting etc.





Not to fond of the B-formula shampoos and rinses or the ones that come in LARGE bottles. they never work
pantene, my hair even though its a hydro thing my hair was dry and my hair dresser said it is very bad on hair because its got a lot of alcohol oh she said the way you can tell IF IT IS BAD YOU'LL KNOW BY CHECKING THE FIRST 3 INGREDIENTS IF ONE OF THEM IS ALCOHOL THEN IT IS BAD FOR YOUR HAIR!!!! Oh i also dont like bed head it makes my hair look oily and greasy
i really hate vo5 because it doesn't do anything to your hair. it still makes it greecy and all frizzy!!!!

i will never use Pantene, it has wax in it. I dislike the Sunsilk line, it dries my hair out. Anything by White Rain just leaves my hair feeling disgusting.
oww, anything cheap.Especially fructis, head and shoulders, pantene not only are they horrible they contain an ingredient which coats the hair in a like plastic, so when it comes to coloring etc doesn't work properly, and theres no way of stripping it out you have to grow your hair and cut it off.Plus it makes your hair limp,%26amp; dry.
I LIKE TO MAKE UP MY OWN SHAMPOO %26amp; CONDITIONER OUT OF THREE OR FOUR DIFFERENT BRANDS THAT I LIKE AND MIX THEM TOGETHER AND PUT THEM IN 2 LITRE BOTTLES I BUY FROM THE 2 DOLLAR SHOP !!! I HAVE THE SHAMPOO SEPARET FROM THE CONDITIONER THO I DONT MIX THEM ;)
Don't like the Suave knockoff of Humectress - it leaves a thick residue on the hair that won't wash off.


Don't like Paves conditioner.

I agree with you on Herbal Essences, and also hate Samy. Its horrible!
Hmm..totally agree..I even heard that Herbal Essence causes cancer! Also, I heard that Dove was really good, but i did some research and found out that it only coats your hair with one extra layer to make it feel smooth.


So after using dove, your hair might be really soft, but you are not feeling your real hair. Only the coating.


Dont know how much of this is true though.
Anything that is over the counter is not good for your hair. They will either dry out your hair or leave buildup. Like, Pantene, it has waxes in it that 'make your hair shiny' but after awhile it just builds up and gets dull and sucks the life out of your what could be healthy hair.
