Yes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Formaldehyde is toxic. You find it in many personal care items because it is a preservative. Don't buy anything with that in it! Your skin is your largest organ and if you put formaldehyde on your skin or scalp you will absorb some of it. There are brands that do not have that or other toxic substances. I am going to give you a link to an article about the harms of Formaldehyde and also a link to a place that sells personal care items without those toxic chemicals. It is generally only a problem for people who have eczema, formaldehyde or formaldehyde inducers cause the irritation known as eczema. It generally does not cause problems for those that do not have the skin problem....so I have been told by a Dr when my step Daughters had an eczema outbreak
